This 30 meter FLUA LUNA M magnetic lighttrack provides a fully customizable lighting setup which is dimmable and Dali (smart control) capable. Furthermore, the ceiling includes a full preparation for the instalation of 4 BOSE in-ceiling speakers (same as those found in the kitchen and den/tv-room), as well as wiring througout for the installation of additional ceiling spots or other light fixtures.

The large 30 M² (323 ft²) balcony is north-west facing, offering complete shade in the mornings, partial shade throughout the day and beautiful sunset views in the afternoon.

— KITCHEN —
